	There are NO FEES for patient care. There are some co-pays for medications if above   certain income levels. Volunteer community members and   medical personnel provide services. Further support comes from grants and   donations from private and government   agencies, churches, hospitals, businesses and   individuals.

CCFC is a 501C3 non-profit organization and all donations are tax-deductible.
